How We Work Together
You might have noticed, Birken Law isn’t like other law firms. We care about you as a person AND as a professional, and we’re invested in making sure that the nonprofit startup succeeds.
There are lots of old, dusty law firms that run on fax machines and bill you for every email you send. When you work with an old-fashioned firm, you have no idea what’s going to happen next or how much it’s going to cost.
That model just doesn’t work anymore – so we do things differently. A Session is the first step. When you commit to the startup, we’ll work together through our innovative legal program: Mission Guardian.
Mission Guardian members work through the full startup process with unlimited advice, resources, and support - all for one predictable monthly cost. We become part of your executive team, coaching you through all the ups and downs of your startup journey. This program offers services in a new and proactive way that promotes nonprofit sustainability and gives transparency in pricing. We limit how many clients we admit to the program to make sure you get the best service possible.
